My blog promotes being healthy. I guess you can call me a fitblr/fitspo, whatever but I don’t like how a lot of fitblrs promote unhealthy obsession with having a perfectly sculpted body.

2. I have individual goals. Everybody is not the same and you can compare your workouts and diet to others but don’t copy them. Make your own routine and find what’s best for you.

3.If you’re looking for an easy way out you’re not going to find one. Hard work is the only key to success.

4. You have to love who you are now. If you don’t you will be grasping at perfection for the rest of your life.

5. I will always answer questions. If your question is stupid I will not belittle you like 95% of the fitblr community does to people. I will answer it because everybody starts somewhere and you shouldn’t be put down for not knowing something.

And is that much strength training gonna cause weight gain due to muscle?</title><description>&lt;p&gt;Do cardio with every work out. About 20-30 minutes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And if you gain weight and it is muscle then there’s nothing to worry about. There’s only so much the scale can tell us to a certain extent.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Because when you are losing weight, yes it’s a great motivator because you see the number go down but you WANT to build muscle you need it. Muscle isn’t a bad thing. So many people look away from weight training because they don’t want to gain weight because of muscle or look “bulky.”&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn just sitting in place. So please please weight train and fuck the scale. I mean use it as a benchmark if you really want to, but don’t let it dictate to you what your progress is.&lt;/p&gt;

Also if you can get your hands on a pool, that’s an awesome workout that’s easy on the joints. I mean most of the time I’ll go for like 20-30 minutes but if you’re getting results doing that then don’t listen to me. haha&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And omg you need to do some LEGS. YOU’RE MISSING MY FAVORITE DAY.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;..I’m not actually yelling at you don’t worry. I see you say glutes but that’s not legs. You need to dedicate a whole day to legs. Like squats, lunges, leg extensions, calf raises, leg press.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also I separate my days even further so like one day I do shoulders, then another I do legs, then biceps and triceps, then chest and back, and another day I’ll do heavy cardio and abs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;My boyfriend. Always. Even when we have our problems, I always end up telling him what bothered me.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;51.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;How often do I wear a fake smile?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Not that often. I have what me and my friends call bitch face. I just look serious and intimidating most of the time. Sorry. I mean I smile at people when I walk by them and stuff because I always wonder like maybe they’re just waiting for one smile. Other times I think, what if they need one more smile and they’re waiting for someone to not smile to have a reason to go on a killing spree…but that’s just my random anxieties.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I just hugged my little brother before he went to bed. He has Asperger’s (for people who don’t know) which effects mainly social skills. He has almost no confidence in his self and he only has like 2 friends at school because he doesn’t know how to make conversations or approach people. So the 2 friends he has he holds very dear to him. Lately he’s been getting sad at night because he thinks they don’t want to be his friend anymore, even though they still talk every day. I just tried to tell him how awesome he is and all his great qualities and why he makes a good friend and some things to talk about and make conversation with his friends.. It sucks because he has been doing so good this school year too. He was bullied all through elementary school and attempted suicide and we all went through a really tough time. But middle school (7th grade) has been so great. There is a social worker that set him up with a few friends and this is the first time he’s ever got high honors before. So it makes me so nervous to see him revert a little back to this sad boy. I sprayed some stuff on his pillow to help him fall asleep (thank’s Katie :] he thinks it helps him so I spray it every night) and I told him to count to 10 over and over again, so he wouldn’t have to think about anything.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I have no idea why I just told you all of that but… I did.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;When I was at the gym with my mom and brother I was trying to get him to see that he can do more than he thinks but my mom would be like maybe that’s good, so then my brother would be like yeah that’s good. But I was trying to prove to him that he’s better. He has no self confidence therefore he doesn’t believe he can do anything. We were doing dumbbell rows and I had him do 10s and it was pretty difficult for him, but he did it. He wanted to go down in weight but I knew 5’s were wayyyy to easy so I told him I gave him 5’s and gave him 8’s. He did them thinking they were 5 then I told him after how much weight he did and he was shocked at himself. But idk my mom keeps doing that.
