1. My blog promotes being healthy. I guess you can call me a fitblr/fitspo, whatever but I don't like how a lot of fitblrs promote unhealthy obsession with having a perfectly sculpted body.
2. I have individual goals. Everybody is not the same and you can compare your workouts and diet to others but don't copy them. Make your own routine and find what's best for you.
3.If you're looking for an easy way out you're not going to find one. Hard work is the only key to success.
4. You have to love who you are now. If you don't you will be grasping at perfection for the rest of your life.
5. I will always answer questions. If your question is stupid I will not belittle you like 95% of the fitblr community does to people. I will answer it because everybody starts somewhere and you shouldn't be put down for not knowing something.
